Myles Mander, B.Soc Sci (honours), is a resource economist, consulting locally and internationally. He runs a small consulting company – Eco-futures – focussing on ecosystem services analysis and trading.

Myles’ job always focuses on the bigger picture by maximising net social benefits from land use decisions. Myles has received international recognition for his work in analysing the medicinal plant trade in Africa, and in developing economic tools for promoting watershed management in South Africa.
