David Berry retired from Western Resource Advocates (WRA) where he was Chief of Policy Analysis and is currently a Policy and Economics Fellow. At WRA, he advanced adoption of clean energy policies in the western United States. Previously, he was Chief of Economics and Research at the Arizona Corporation Commission. While with Abt Associates in Cambridge, Massachusetts he worked on safe drinking water policies, outdoor recreation, and the impacts of a proposed hydropower project. At the Regional Science Research Institute in Philadelphia, he conducted economic and planning analyses concerning preservation of open space and agricultural land.
