Marc Breslow, Ph.D. has an extensive background developing policies to cut greenhouse gas emissions. He has conducted studies forecasting the impacts of carbon pollution pricing and designed legislation to implement it for several states. Breslow formerly held two positions in Massachusetts state government, and in 2010 he had a leading role in developing and writing Massachusett’s Clean Energy and Climate Plan for 2020.
