Marzena Zukowska currently leads and manages the media strategy for Ashoka Changemakers. Her background as an undocumented Polish immigrant has resulted in a deeply rooted passion for social justice and striving for the equality of undocumented populations. Marzena currently lives at the Lamont Street Collective (LSC), one of D.C.’s oldest intentional communities, devoted to supporting art, activism, and social justice. She has collaborated with organizations such as girltank, Agora Partnerships, and the National Day Laborer Organizing Network. Before Ashoka, Marzena was a physics and foreign policy double-major at Georgetown University. She is a freelance writer and photographer.
