Megan received an MS in Systems Science/Environmental Management from Portland State University. She has a diverse background in natural resource management, wilderness outfitting, and government contracting, and is currently working with Post Carbon Institute to develop an action plan for the renewable energy transition. She received a BS in Foreign Area Studies from the US Air Force Academy.
