Rahilla Zafar is co-author of the upcoming book Arab Women Rising. She is currently working on a follow up book focusing on women in Saudi Arabia. She previously worked in Afghanistan and is a board member of the ARZU Studio Hope Project which is currently one of the largest private employers of Afghan women. She is also on the board of the Ibrahim Family Foundation helping run its annual leadership and dialogue trip where selected college students visit Israel, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates.
