Zdenka Saba Willis is director of the Integrated Ocean Observing System (IOOS) Program within the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Willis formerly served as director of NOAA’s National Oceanographic Data Center and she is a retired U.S. Navy captain with career service as a meteorology and oceanography officer.
